Migrant sexual abuse is a separate class of crime that is not prevalent in all cultures, only within cultures that either let in illegal immigrants of incompatible origin or that fails to protect native young girls from legal migrants who think that raping children and women is ok. My point is that the migrant category of crime is optional, and if we remove all these people then that category of crime will go away for good.
