752,730 type-4 registrations in 2025 - greater than the total number of patients registered in each of the following areas: Liverpool, Bradford, Sheffield, Leicester, and Newcastle.
The MSM and the political class have been gaslighting us for years. We were constantly told immigration was a net benefit and did not affect access to healthcare and housing. These statistics show the reality of their mad open border policies.
I gave 2 serious end of life conditions. Terminal cancer and Parkinsons. Both diagnosed in the last 30 months.
Last week I had a meeting with a GP at my local medical practice to tell him how difficult it is for me to book routine appointments for blood tests, hormone injections etc. Why can't I book like 6 months at a time?
If all patients in my situation could do that it would take a lot of pressure off of the 8am and 10am booking game that every gp surgery plays and free up some of my limited time.
Gp stated nhs won't allow pre booking of essential appointments such as in my case and many thousands like me.
This report has cheered me up no end. FFS, im 75 years old, payed all my taxes, healthy until 3 years ago and now when I need the NHS I have to queue behind people who shouldn't even be in the UK.
I'm so sorry to read your story. I'm 11 years younger than you, recently diagnosed with leukaemia, paid all my taxes (and probably more - I didn't have a fancy accountant) all my life, and now I too must rely on the NHS. I'll be somewhere behind you in the queue.
So sorry for your predicament. They worry I think about no-shows of prebooked appts. In a good system (private), this would be both sensible and easy to manage (reminder calls etc), but they are swamped and admin takes effort and good staff. Best of luck to you
This Article lays bare the unrelenting and unsustainable impact on the NHS (same with housing, education, water). How much more can these public services accommodate before there is total collapse? Notable is that the Establishment and our current shambolic government are unconcerned. It is more focused on saving its lucrative sinecure with which means private healthcare is easily affordable.

They’ve all come to work in the NHS…apparently
With the family! Who go on local GP and school lists!!
No wonder NI taxpayers have to wait ages for appointments and surgery. This has to stop.

Thanks for nothing.

Im so sorry to hear that Julian.
I wish you good luck with your treatment and outcomes.
We are very sorry to hear of your recent diagnoses, Robert and Julian. We hope you are both able to access the treatment and support that you need.
